I manage business Apple fleets with Mosyle, the Apple Unified Platform. New devices set themselves up out of the box, stay patched and protected, and can be locked or wiped the moment one walks away.

Sound familiar?

Unmanaged devices are a quiet business risk

New-hire day lost to setup

A new Mac takes someone half a day to configure by hand: accounts, apps, printers, settings. Multiply that by every hire.

Updates nobody can verify

Is every Mac actually patched? Is the antivirus real? Without management there is no way to know, and no way to prove it.

The laptop that walked away

A device gets lost, stolen, or leaves with an ex-employee, along with your files, passwords, and customer data.

What managed devices get you

Set up in minutes. Secure by default. Handled for you.

Zero-touch setup

A new Mac or iPhone ships straight to your employee, enrolls itself on first boot, and arrives with apps, settings, and security already in place.

Always patched

macOS and app updates roll out automatically on my schedule, with hundreds of ready-to-deploy Mac apps and full patch management.

Hardened and compliant

Security baselines apply automatically to every device from ready-made hardening and compliance templates, and stay enforced.

Real Mac security

Next-generation Mac antivirus, AI-based zero trust that only runs approved software, and admin rights granted on demand instead of always-on.

Safer browsing everywhere

Apple-native encrypted DNS filters malware, phishing, and unwanted content on every device, in the office or on hotel wifi.

One login for everything

Your team signs in to their Mac with the same Google, Microsoft, or Okta credential they already use, with optional device 2FA.

How it works

From a pile of devices to a managed fleet

1

Assess & enroll

I inventory your Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Apple TVs, connect your Apple Business Manager account, and enroll every device, new and existing.

2

Baseline & secure

Security hardening, antivirus, encrypted-DNS filtering, and FileVault encryption roll out to the whole fleet with settings matched to how you work.

3

Automate

Apps, printers, wifi, email, and updates deploy themselves. New hires get a ready-to-work device; nobody types settings by hand again.

4

Manage & respond

Ongoing monitoring and support on a simple per-device plan, with remote lock and wipe standing by for lost or departing devices.

Who this is for

Built for teams that run on Apple

Small business fleets

Five Macs or fifty: every device secured and accounted for without hiring IT staff.

Growing teams

Onboard a new hire by shipping them a box. Their Mac is work-ready before their first coffee.

Compliance needs

Insurance audits, HIPAA-adjacent work, client security questionnaires: managed devices give you real answers.

Remote & hybrid teams

Devices stay managed, filtered, and patched wherever they are, no office network required.

Good questions

Apple MDM FAQ

What exactly is MDM?

Mobile Device Management is Apple’s built-in framework that lets a trusted manager configure, secure, and support devices remotely. It is the same technology big companies use for thousands of Macs, applied to your business at your scale.

Which devices can you manage?

Macs, iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs, Apple Watches, and Vision Pro. Company-owned devices get full management; personal devices can use Apple’s User Enrollment, which keeps work data manageable while personal data stays private.

What happens if a device is lost or stolen?

I can lock it, display a return message, or erase it remotely, usually within minutes of your call. Devices are encrypted with FileVault, so data on a locked, wiped machine stays out of reach.

Can you take over devices already in use?

Yes. Existing Macs, iPhones, and iPads enroll without wiping them. The security baseline, updates, and filtering apply from that point on, and future devices come fully automated through Apple Business Manager.

What does it cost?

MDM is billed annually per device, and it depends on which pieces your business needs. After a short assessment you get a clear per-device quote, with no surprises at renewal.
