I want sdmactech.com to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

My goal

I’m working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are the internationally recognized standard for accessible websites.

What I do

• Check the site with automated accessibility tools and fix what they find.
• Add descriptive alternative text to images.
• Check text and background colors for readable contrast.
• Label buttons, links, and form fields so assistive technology can announce them.

Known limits

Some parts of the site come from other services, such as the appointment scheduler (Calendly) and the newsletter sign-up (Mailchimp). I don’t control how those are built, but if one gives you trouble, contact me and I’ll help you book or subscribe another way.
